EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The proposals for running the ESDM courses (level-1 to level-5) in the different
places of Uttarakhand state, under the schemes of financial assistance to selected states
for skill development to ESDM sector and Skill development in ESDM for Digital India
sponsored by Department of Electronics and IT (DeitY) Govt. Of India are invited from
different registered training partners of Electronics Skill Sector Council of India,
Telecom Sector Skill Council Of India and National Institute of Electronics and
Information Technology. The proposal shall comprise the details of ESDM Courses,
available infrastructure and the related job potential.

Instructions for submission of EOI
1. Submit the EOI in the described format.
2. Attach affiliation/NOC letter copies of sscs /NIELIT.
3. Provide course wise and place wise list of infrastructure available and job
potential course wise with industry name & details.
4. Submit the MOU and other related letters which shows the synergy with
different industries.
5. Provide the contact person details place wise.

7. The EOI will be in hard copy and every page must be duly signed by related
authority and it should be submitted at our office address on or before 2 nd
march 2015 up to 4:00 pm on the working day. Complete EOI by post will
be accepted up to 2.3.2015 at 4:00 pm for any postal delay our organizing
will not be responsible and after last date and time no EOI will be accepted.
8. TPs who submitted their proposal before the EOI advertisement, they also
must submit the new proposal in the desired format.
