Marketing Assistant

Manager of Marketing Services, Executive Vice President
WORKS CLOSELY WITH:
MAIN FUNCTION:
Marketing Department
Assist with marketing responsibilities for shows and RBTL programs
Marketing Assistant responsibilities include:

Update community calendars as needed.

On a show by show basis, be responsible for distribution of show collateral material; posters, flyers.

Coordinate event specific activities, i.e. KNOB. Lobby displays, pre-show activities

Collect all show related materials via the shows’ marketing sites. File on server and distribute
information as updates are made both internally and to media

Participate in all marketing meetings, conference calls. Be responsible for minutes, and distribution
of notes and minutes as follow up.

Assist as needed to coordinate all Festival activities to include submission of application, collection
of materials, coordination of staffing and logistics

Assist in preparation and on-site coordination of education events; i.e. Stars of Tomorrow, Summer
Stars, Master class, Open House

Assist in coordination of publicity tours and chaperone as necessary; be present at media nights,
work with opening night press

Assist in playbill preparation, review, proofing

Assist in special projects as needed; season renewals, mailing.

Work in Box Office as needed

Assist in other areas of the company as needed.
