Who Are We?
PETRONAS Leadership Centre, which started out as an internal training department in 1979,
is now a credible leadership centre serving the Oil & Gas sector in Malaysia and beyond. As a
Leadership Centre that understands the needs of the oil and gas industry and the region, our
commitment is to support the capability building of our clients to ensure their human capital is
equipped with holistic leadership competencies to drive organisational growth.
