$390* sponsor + $216** umpire + $50*** forfeit = $656

*Sponsor Fee: Includes softballs, ASA registration, ASA rulebook, scorebook, team/player awards for first place and team award
for second place in each division. Must be paid-in-full to League Director prior to first game.
**Umpire Cost: Men $18 per team per game, Coed $12 per team per game. Paid in cash to umpires at field prior to the start of
the game. Sponsors may pay MSA the umpire fee (all or part) and it will be refunded to the team manager to pay at field.
NOTE: Actual umpire cost for season may be higher than shown in chart if more than 18 games are scheduled.
***Forfeit Deposit (refundable): Each team must pay a refundable forfeit deposit of $50. Must be paid-in-full to League
Director prior to first game.
LATE FEE: $40 late fee if ALL money AND completed roster/waiver form not submitted to League Director before 9 PM on the
THURSDAY of the week before play is scheduled to begin. All money & roster/waiver form (including late fee if applicable) must
be paid-in-full to League Director before a team can play.

** REGISTRATION PROCEDURES & DATES **
To reserve spot, submit this completed team registration form and minimum of $50 deposit to League Director Russ
Whipple (see address at top). Returning Summer 2014 teams given preference if registration form/deposit received by
3/9/15. Registrations accepted until divisions are filled at the discretion of the League Director. Play begins week of
5/4/15. Completed Roster/Waiver Form (minimum 10 players per team), Sponsor Fee, and Forfeit Deposit must be
submitted to League Director no later than 9 PM on 4/30/15 to avoid LATE FEE. Team Sponsor fees will not be refunded
unless a replacement team is found. Please visit www.masonsoftballassn.com for access to registration form,
roster/waiver form, MSA Rules and other information. Final division assignment to be made by League Director.
