Aims to fulfill the Human Resources gap in Infrastructure Development and Management
sectors, a new set of career prospect for school leavers. This Diploma programme develops
the student's knowledge, skills and understanding of the infrastructure asset planning and
practical areas of asset management in Infrastructure development. It also provides awareness
of the asset operations issues found in modern organizations and solves the internal and
external issues which influence infrastructure asset efficiency sustainability and examines the
wider context of business strategy for competitive advantage in the current social,
environment and economic perspectives.
