South Side Man Charged with Murder

Narrative:
Handcox was arrested in connection to a murder that occurred on the 9200
block of South Ada, March 9th, 2015 at approx. 1:25 am. He was charged
after being identified as the offender responsible for fatally shooting a 26 year
old man in the head. The victim was discovered unresponsive on scene and
transported to Stroger Hospital, where he later died as a result of his wound.
