Having reviewed the Request, and noting the absence of a [StipulatedJ Motion to Consolidate Applications, the Hearing Examiner finds that a docketing order should be issued and hearing fees should be submitted prior to setting a scheduling conference. The parties are advised that the above-captioned matters have been docketed as Hearing Unit Nos. 14-082 thru 14-124. Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 72-2-6(J) and 19.25.2.10 NMAC, the Applicant must submit a $25.00 hearing fee for each application; and, each Protestant must submit a $25.00 hearing fee for each application protested. Protestants who protested the same applications are encouraged to form a group and obtain legal representation.
