In attendance were Clint Middleton, Beth Severson, Missy Schultz, Corey Jacobsen, Beth Jackson, Jacob Snyder, Dr. Robert Olson, and Anita Frye At 6:02 P.M. President Middleton called the meeting to order. Superintendent Olson presented the FY16 Budget. No one address the board. Motion by Schultz to Approve FY16 Budget as presented with tax rates as follows: Former ClarionGoldfield District at $13.03519, Former Dows District at $12.11715, Former Corwith-Wesley District at $12.16715. Second by Jackson. Motion carried 5-0. Superintendent Olson presented the FY16 Calendar start date of August 24, 2015. No one addressed the board. Motion by Jacobsen to Approve FY16 start date of August 24, 2015. Second by Severson. Motion carried 5-0. The board then moved into Business Meeting. Motion by Schultz to Approve Agenda. Second by Severson. Motion by Jackson to Approve the Consent Agenda with modification of SIAC Committee: Approve Payment of Bills; Approve March 9, 2015 Minutes; Approve SIAC Committee Membership with the replacement of Beth Jackson for Beth Severson; Approve Employment Contracts for Missy-SpringsteenHaupt, and Jay Klaver as Cross Country Coaches for FY16; Approve Deb Coldiron as Newsletter Editor. Second by Jacobsen. Motion carried 5-0. In New Business Communications Dr. Olson gave an update on the Safe Room Application process. At 6:20 P. M. the Board moved into Work Session – Development of the District’s Strategic Plan. Next Regular Board Meeting and Amended Budget Hearing will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 6:00 P.M.
