To be approved for a waiver, a complete English copy of the alternative insurance plan should be submitted and the WAIVER FORM completed and sent to the International Student office. They will then pay an on-line SEVIS fee ($200) & schedule an appointment to meet with a U.S. Visa officer to receive an F-1 visa to enter the country. Once they receive a visa, they can book a flight to the U.S. and send our office (International Student Services) information about their flight so that we can arrange airport pickup
