Summer school (SSSL)
29th course: July 18 – August 2, 2015
Organized by Palacký University in Olomouc (our partners)
Courses of Czech for foreigners and also Russian & Polish
For those interested in language, literature, history, and culture
All levels of language courses (from beginners to advanced)
Additional events: film club, theatre workshop, workshop of folklore
dances, one-day trip and a weekend trip to Prague, etc.
Each student will receive a certificate of achieved language level
The number of credits will be awarded by NCCU
* IT rooms, Internet and University library are available to students

Visiting other cities in region of Moravia (Brno etc.)

Distances from Olomouc by train / bus: Brno (1 hr), Prague &

Program (1)
Course in Czech language for foreigners (morning)
50 lessons in total: 10 teaching days, 5 teaching hours per day, including conversation
Groups of maximum 15 students
Teaching languages: Czech, English
Books and other materials (according to students’ level) provided

Extra lectures, seminars & activities (afternoon / evening)
Czech language, literature, history, culture, etc.
Courses of Russian or Polish – each course twice 90 minutes weekly
Film club: evening video-shows of Czech films (twice a week)
Theatre / Dance workshop (traditional Czech dances)
