1. With reference to YOUR application against DIAT Admission Notice- July 2015, you are provisionally offered

2. Please confirm acceptance of offer of admission by depositing first semester fee Rupees 12, 400/- latest by 12
June 2015, failing which your seat will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list. No representation will be
entertained thereafter. You may make payment by cash at DIAT or by way of e-payment through NEFT/RGTS/eTransfers to our bank account, subject to RBI guidelines, as per details given below.

3. You are requested to intimate your acceptance of the offer of admission and fee payment transaction details on or
before 12 June 2015 by email to [email protected]. You are required to bring all relevant original certificates
including the GATE/NET/SET qualifying certificates and four passport size colour photographs at the time of joining
the programme between 06th and 10th Jul 2015. The classes will start on 13 Jul 2015. Also, you are required to
produce the Original Migration Certificate from the University wherefrom you passed out last, within three months
from the date of joining. OBC candidates are required to produce the validated non-creamy layer certificate.
Scholarship under DBT scheme of AICTE will not be paid if any document is wanting and registration will be cancelled
for non-production of any required document or suppression of facts.
4. The course Fee is currently Rs. 12,400/- per semester which is subject to change as per Institute Rules. A caution
deposit (refundable) of Rs.10000/- is also payable. Payment of scholarship will be effected only after deposit of
semester fee and caution deposit as per the above schedule. You will be eligible for applying for Scholarship of Rs.
12,400/- per month under DBT scheme of AICTE, during the M.Tech Course, subject to attendance. No financial
support will be available from DIAT (DU), Pune.
5. Accommodation and mess facilities are available in the POINTS Hostel on payment basis. However, due to very
limited rooms in POINTS Hostel, it may or may not be possible to provide POINTS Hostel accommodation to all the
students. The present monthly charge towards boarding and lodging is ~Rs.7000/- (subject to revision). A security
deposit of Rs. 20,000/- would need to be paid to Hostel office.
6. Your admission and M.Tech studies will be governed by the Rules and Regulations of the PG Programme of DIAT
(DU) and the UGC, AICTE regulations for M.Tech studies, as amended from time to time. You are required to mark
attendance through DIAT Biometric attendance system daily. Prior permission should be obtained for absence from
the Department.
7. You are required to give a notice of one month in case you wish to terminate the course or pay the scholarship in
lieu thereof.
