Passenger must cancel the original flight before departure. PNR history of the flight cancellation is required. Otherwise no show fee applies. SIA reserves the right to verify the supporting documents if required.
No voluntary down-sell refund. In case of ticket upgrade, the original non-refundable amount remains non-refundable.
USD50/equiv service fee will be imposed on top of the other applicable fees as governed by the fare conditions on per-ticket-per-transaction basis in circumstances where services are provided by HK SIA office.

Mixed classes booking is on Origin-Destination (OD) basis. Fare basis code should be segment related.
Mixed booking classes are allowed for round-trip itinerary (RBDs of tactical fare offer are not permitted to mix with same RBDs of seasonal fares). Half round-trip fares can be combined with different booking class to form new fare
Half round-trip fare is caclulated by dividing the round trip airfare of a booking class by half.
All ticket conditions are segment related except the fact that ticket validity, refund policy and GV conditions of the more restrictive booking class will be applied to the whole ticket.
If booking class Q mixed with W/H/M and rebook/reissue within same transaction, more restrictive rebook fee will be applied to the whole ticket.
Permitted within same region only, except SIN//SEA. Half round-trip fare can be combinded to form the new fare.
All ticket conditions are segment related except the fact that ticket validity, refund policy and GV conditions of the more restrictive booking class will be applied to the whole ticket.

2. Workflow:
a) Agent self issue EYCL ticket as normal procedure.
b) Create new PNR on "P" class on preferable sector(s). Input "PEYSURCHARGE-(EYCL PNR ref)" in PNR OSI field.
- Input "PEY SURCHARGE-(EYCL PNR ref)" in OSI field in P class booking.
- Contact reservation office to remove ticket deadline.
c) Payment submit to SIA office for issuing EMD for P class sector(s).
d) EMD for the "P" class sector(s) will be issed and associated to original EYCL ticket upon payment received.
e) "P" class sector(s) will be combined to EYCL PNR by SQ office.
f) EMD receipt will be sent out to agent.
Remarks: Recommend to request seat assignment after the whole workflow is completed.

d. Online check-in is NOT available on PEY surcharge sector.
