The appointments are made by the Mayor and confirmed by Council. • The Architectural Board of Review has two vacancies for alternate members. Appointments are needed at this time. • The Mayor has appointed the following applicants: o Appointment of Robert Sullivan as an alternate member for a three-year term, expiring on December 31, 2018. o Appointment of Jeff Gibbon as an alternate member for a three-year term, expiring on December 31, 2018. • These appointments will be considered by Council at the April 27, 2015 Council meeting. The appointments are made by the Mayor and confirmed by Council. Currently, the Architectural Board of Review has two vacant alternate positions. Robert Sullivan is a senior project architect at Ka, Inc. He has extensive experience with mixed use commercial design with clients such as Forest City and DDR Corp. He has 15 years experience at Ka and expresses an interest in explaining good architectural design to lay people. The Mayor has appointed Mr. Sullivan as an alternate member for a 3 year term expiring December 31, 2018. Jeff Gibbon is project director with Vocon. He has prior design review experience as part of the design review committee of the Village of Oak Park, Illinois. His current work with Vocon includes mixed use developments across the United States. The Mayor has appointed Mr. Gibbon as an alternate member for a 3-year term which expires on December 31, 2018.
