Association of Air Medical Servies (AAMS) is a voluntary, non-profit trade
association representing over 700+ companies, programs and individuals.
Established in 1980, AAMS is the longest-serving and most well established association representing the global air and critical care ground medical transport community. As a member of AAMS, you and your staff can
play a vital role in our industry’s future, by guiding AAMS on how to lead
the air and critical care ground medical transport community into the future.

Affiliate membership is limited to any person, partnership, corporation or other business entity, which provides a product
or service to the medical transport industry. "Products and/or services" are defined as a manufacturer directly engaged in
the manufacturing or development of helicopters, airplanes and/or ground ambulances, or affecting a certified product to
the industry; a supplier or service group providing supplies or services for helicopter, airplane and/or ground ambulance
operators; or a manufacturer of equipment integral to helicopter, airplane and/or ground ambulance operations.

The Affiliate Member sliding dues scale is based on number of employees. An employee is defined as anyone who works
for your company including but not limited to: persons employed in your main location; consultants; and satellite office
employees. Both full-time and part-time employees should be included in your calculations.

If you are a national member of AAMS, $35.00 of your membership fees goes toward your subscription the Air Medical
Journal. If you are an International AAMS Member, $55.00 goes toward your subscription of the Air Medical Journal.
* AAMS dues are not deductible as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as a
business expense. AAMS estimates that 11% of your dues are not deductible as a business expense because of AAMS
lobbying activities on the behalf of its members.
International Discounts:
Discounts of up to 20% off the standard dues rate will be available to members outside the United States if
they are located in countries where the purchasing power of their currency is less than 80% of that in the
United States. The discount will be calculated proportionally based on the comparison of purchasing power of
the specific country with that of the US.
