Slim fry Potato wedges and Honey Chestnut Preparations: (Using the SLIM FRY PROGRAMMES) MC32F606TCT Recipe by chef l i s a l e o n g Ingredients: 300g Fresh Potato wedges 100g snack chestnut coated with a tablespoon honey Method: 1 Wash potatoes and cut them into uniformed wedges. Brush with olive oil and seasoned it with salt to taste. 2 Lightly coat a thin layer of light honey on the chestnuts. 3 Put both the potato wedges and chestnut on the crusty plate. Set crusty plate using the high rack. 4 Select No. 7 - Slim Fry mode (Preset button), follow by selecting the WEIGHT of food by turning the Dial knob to 400g-450g 5 Press the Start/+30S BUTTON. The microwave oven will start cooking with a combination of convection, top heater and microwave energy. Allows 1-2 minutes standing time before serving.
