Chef Paul’s Home-made Bratwurst

This Traditional European Sausage is made and prepared in house under the supervision of
Chef Paul Hoffman using his personal recipes to make his Bratwurst.
The Authentic German Recipe used here includes a quality mixture of lean pork and
special hearty flavored spices, combined perfectly to create a superior Wurst.
Always cooked to perfection and is traditionally served on a bed of Sauerkraut
and Potatoes or on a German style Brötchen [Roll ] with excellent German Mustard.
