The Hotel features a fully-equipped gymnasium, restaurants, restaurant and bar. • ACCOMMODATION Delegates accommodation will be booked by the Conference Convenor, based on the requirements from your registration form - PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. The discounted rate for Headmasters is for a standard room AND a full Breakfast. The discounted rate for Head Prefects is based on twin share. A full Breakfast is included in the Registration Fee. (NB: Mini bars will not be available in the Head Prefect’s rooms.) Valet car parking is available at $35 per day. Upon check-in, Adults will be required to provide a credit card, which will incur any personal charges against your room (aside from breakfast) ie mini bar, internet, telephone calls etc. The Headmasters’ Dinner (Thursday evening) and Conference Sessions (Friday) will be held on Level 16. The Head Prefect’s dinner will also be on the same floor. • TRAVEL BOOKINGS Each school is responsible for making its own travel arrangements for Headmasters, partners and Head Prefects. We will arrange for a bus transfer to the Airport at the conclusion of the Conference on Friday for Head Prefects and for those Headmasters who are not staying on for the rugby and/or weekend. Rooms are available at the rates on the registration form, and delegates can arrange with me via your registration form if you wish to check in earlier or check out later if you wish. • PARTNERS Partners/spouses are warmly invited to attend the Headmasters’ Dinner on Thursday evening. • RUGBY/OTHER ARRANGEMENTS The Hurricanes scheduled match is actually on the Saturday this year so no formal arrangements will be made to see the game. However, some Headmasters have elected to stay on Friday night for an informal get-together/dinner and others may stay on for the weekend and enjoy the Wellington activities. • REGISTRATION and PAYMENT Registration forms are enclosed.
