METHOD
✓ 1 medium banana, peeled
1. Peel the banana and cut into chunks.
✓ 150g strawberries
2.Cut the strawberries and orange into
quarters.
✓35g Nature’s Own
Superfood Blends Berry
✓ 1 large orange, peeled
✓ ¼ cup goji berry juice
✓½ cup strawberry yoghurt
✓ 300mL pineapple juice
3.Add the banana, strawberries, orange, goji
berry juice and strawberry yoghurt into a
blender, or high walled cup and blend until
smooth.
4.Add Nature’s Own Superfood Blends
Berry and pineapple juice to the mix and
blend again.
5.Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

METHOD
✓ 150g blackberries
1.Ensure all storks and stems are removed
from the cherries and remove the stones if
not pitted.
✓ 150g black cherries, pitted
✓ 1 large orange, peeled
✓35g Nature’s Own Superfood
Blends Berry
✓ 300mL blueberry juice
✓ 50mL açai berry juice
✓ Honey to taste
✓ 4 tbs natural yoghurt
2. Peel the orange and cut into quarters.
3.Add blackberries, cherries, orange and açai
berry juice to blender and pulse for
30 seconds.
4.Add Nature’s Own Superfood Blends
Berry, blueberry juice and natural yoghurt
to the mix and blend until smooth.
5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

METHOD
✓ 1 medium banana, peeled
1. Peel and chop the banana into chunks.
✓ 2 figs, fresh
2.Cut figs and strawberries into quarters,
ensuring all storks and leaves are removed.
✓ 100g strawberries
✓ 50g blueberries
✓2 tbs. lemon juice, fresh is
preferred
✓35g Nature’s Own Superfood
Blends Berry
3.Add all fruits to blender, along with yoghurt
and milk.
4.Pulse for 30 seconds then add lemon juice
and Nature’s Own Superfood Blends
Berry.
✓ 400mL milk
5.Continue blending for 2 minutes or until mix
is smooth.
✓5 tbs yoghurt, unsweetened
preferred
6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

✓ 100g strawberries
1.Add all ingredients to the blender and
slowly pulse until the mixture is combined.
✓ 50g raspberries
✓ 50g blueberries
✓ 500mL milk
✓35g Nature’s Own Superfood
Blends Berry
✓ 100g cottage cheese
✓ Honey to taste, if required
✓ Extra berries to serve
2.Once combined, blend at full speed until the
consistency is smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
To make this an extra indulgent smoothie
treat why not add a layer of homemade
toasted muesli or berries to the top before

✓ 200g strawberries
1.Add strawberries, raspberries, blueberries,
blackberries, Nature’s Own Superfood
Blends Berry, orange juice, pineapple
juice and sorbet to blender and mix until a
smooth consistency forms.

BASIC HOMEMADE SORBET
Sorbet is a great way to add bulk to a smoothie without adding extra fat or processed sugars as
sometimes hidden in frozen yoghurt or ice cream options.
INGREDIENTS
✓ 1 cup agave nectar
Simply add one of the below fruits to the base mixture to create your

•6 medium oranges, peeled and juiced or blended until smooth in
consistency
•500g berry mix, fresh or frozen, blended until smooth in consistency
• 175mL lemon juice, fresh or squeezey

METHOD
1.In a small saucepan, heat the agave nectar, stevia and water until it comes to the boil.
2.Once boiled, removed from heat and slowly stir in fruit mixture.
3.Allow to cool before placing into freezer overnight or for approx. 6-8 hours.

1.Cut bananas into chunks and add to blender
to pulse for 30 seconds
✓3 cups baby spinach, finely diced if
possible
✓ 750mL water or coconut water
✓30g Nature’s Own Superfood
Blends 6 Supergreens
2.Roughly dice baby spinach and add to
banana mash mixture along with water
and Nature’s Own Superfood Blends 6

3.Blend all ingredients until a smooth
consistency is formed.

✓ 2 apples
1.Core the apples and cut into quarters along
with the kiwi fruit.
✓1 baby cos lettuce, or ½ regular
sized cos lettuce
✓ 500mL water
✓30g Nature’s Own Superfood
Blends 6 Supergreens
✓ 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
✓ Handful of mint leaves
2.Finely dice cos lettuce and add to blender
along with apple, kiwi, water and Nature’s
Own Superfood Blends 6 Supergreens.
3. Blend mixture together until smooth.
4.Add the mint leaves to taste, or dice finely
and sprinkle over the top of the smoothies
once in serving glasses.

✓ 2 medium bananas, peeled
1.Cut the banana into chunks and add to blender
✓ 4 cups spinach
2.Roughly dice the spinach and add to blender
along with soaked goji berries, orange juice,

✓1 cup goji berries, soaked in
warm water
✓ 300mL orange juice

3.Blend together for 2 minutes or until a smooth
consistency is reached.
Soaking Goji berries
We recommend soaking the Goji berries in hot
water for at least 3 hours.
This will allow them to cool and soften prior to
blending.
Any remaining water used to soak the berries
can be added to the smoothie.

1.Roughly dice the kale, spinach, parsley and
celery and add to blender.

✓ 1 dandelion tea bag
1.Brew dandelion tea with boiling filtered
water and let steep for 3 minutes, or per
pack instructions.
✓250mL filtered water
✓1 tbs pure maple syrup
✓1 tbs fresh lemon juice
2. Allow to cool. Once cold, add freshly
squeezed lemon juice.
3.Sweeten with maple syrup, if desired, and
pour into a large glass over ice.

✓ 40mL pure cranberry juice,
unsweetened
✓20mL fresh lime juice
✓Sparkling mineral water or filtered
water
1.Pour Cranberry juice and lime juice into
a shaker with ice and shake until well
combined and chilled.
2. Pour into a martini glass. Top up with
chilled mineral water and garnish with a
slice of lime.

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
✓ 1 medium orange
1.Boil a cup of green tea and leave to cool
before refrigerating until chilled.
✓ 1 grapefruit
✓ 75mL lemon juice, fresh preferred
✓ 1/2 cup of unsweetened green tea,
chilled
✓ 2 frozen bananas
2. Peel and cut the orange and grapefruit
into quarters, and add to the blender with
the lemon juice, green tea, honey, and
frozen banana.
✓ 1 cup of ice
3.Blend until combined and add the ice,
blending until fully crushed.
✓ Honey to taste
4. If the taste is too tart, add honey to taste
