She has studied and lived with elders of the Maya, Aztec and other indigenous cultures since 1993. Kim has taught mentored in Maya Abdominal Therapy since 2002 for other therapists and practitioners worldwide. Kim's specialty in fertility began accidentally when a client who was told by her doctors she would never conceive, did so after working with Kim for help with her back and pelvic pain issues. Since then, Kim began studying the Maya Medicine and specifically the Maya Abdominal Therapy as well as other indigenous and body therapies, herbs, flowers. She also continues to work with and study healing modalities for the emotional and spiritual issues that can arise during this intense time of pursuing the dream of a family.
