Call our friendly customer service staff Monday
to Friday 9 am to 6.30 pm on (08) 8203 7665
to organise a time and date.
2. choose your time
Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays
12.15 pm, 1.45 pm, 3.15 pm and 4.45 pm
all year round excluding the 2 weeks around
Christmas / New Year period.
3. choose your option
There are two options to choose from when
booking your party.
Option 1: Standard party which includes organised
games with a qualified leader, dedicated party host,
exclusive party area, complimentary party photo,
invitations and 2 for 1 entry passes for future use.
Option 2: Includes Option 1 plus your choice of our
Splash Out Exclusive catering packs. Please speak
to our customer service staff for more information
on available catering packs.
All catering options will be listed in your
confirmation letter.
4. make payment
An initial payment for 10 guests is required to secure
the booking. The birthday child is complimentary.
Extra guests are additional. We can cater up to a
maximum of 25 guests per party.
where to meet on the day
Your party host will meet you and your guests
in the Centre's foyer, before making your way
down to poolside. An area is reserved for the
party and for the parents who wish to watch.
Adelaide Aquatic Centre is a one stop shop
for those looking to keep fit, learn how
to swim and have fun. Other facilities and
programs offered at the centre include:
Parents of the children involved with the party are
entitled to enter the Centre ‘free of charge’ to
spectate, but if they plan to utilise the swimming
facilities they are required to pay accordingly.
It is recommended to have appropriate parental
supervision, particularly if staying on after the party.

»» Minimum of two weeks notice is required when
making a booking
»» A letter of confirmation and invitations will be
forwarded by post
»» Please confirm the number of children attending
7 days prior to the date of your party
»» Full payment is required for any additional children
on the day of the party
»» Cash and credit cards are welcome for payment
(payment over the phone is accepted with a valid
credit card)
»» PLUS order your catering with us and you will
receive two complimentary coffees for the
birthday child’s parents!
»» In line with the Adelaide Aquatic Centre’s policy:
A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for any
booking cancelled more than 5 business
days prior to party date. If less than 5 business
days’ notice given, you will unfortunately
forfeit the full deposit.

Out Party Area for hire during
the school holidays. For $40 per
2hr block, you and your friends
and family can enjoy a private
space to set up and relax during
your visit to Adelaide Aquatic
Centre. Price does not include
Centre admission, an instructor
running games or catering.
