From: St Thomas the Apostle Eparchy Sent: Saturday, 6 June 2015, 14:41 Subject: Bible Convention details - Please Register Dear Rev. Fathers and Friends, We are greatly blessed to have Fr. Dominic Valanmanal and Team (Marian Retreat Centre, Anakkara) visiting Melbourne for a three day Kripabhishekam Bible Convention as part of ourEparchy's First Anniversary celebrations in July (10, 11, 12 July). Preparations for this event have been in steady progress. It is anticipated that a large number of our families including friends from our satellite towns, interstate centres and other Christians of Oriental backgrounds may wish to attend this Convention. In addition to all the spiritual blessings awaiting you during this Convention, the organising committee would like to take every step to ensure that everyone who attends this Convention is looked after well, comply with the safety requirements laid down by legislation, the management of the venue and ensure that no one is denied entry to the venue. We have made every effort to hire a suitable venue keeping in mind that a large number of people may show interest to attend this Convention, access to public transport and availability of parking facilities. In this context, we would like to ask families to inform us in advance your interest to attend this Convention to make necessary arrangements at the venue. You are therefore requested to click the link below and provide all the information asked there, if you are planning to attend the Convention. Register Free via the website below: Bible Convention Free Registration OR you can find the same link at: http://www.alphonsacathedral.church/ It is important that you advise us immediately if you plan to attend the Convention and also disseminate this message to people you know might be planning to attend the Convention. We would like thereby avoid over crowding and the unpleasant experience of turning away people due to lack of space. We can make a lot of arrangements in terms accommodating more people if we know an approximate number of people planning to attend. We would like to request all the Eparchial Pastoral Council representatives to disseminate the above link and personally encourage families at your centres to register their interest if they plan to attend the Convention immediately. It is our understanding that through our previous communications, many of you would have already organised your leave for attending this Convention.
