Seeds, Psyllium, Salt
Recipe
• 150g of gluten-free flour mix
• 75g of water
• Preheat oven to 400° F
• Add the water gradually and mix
• Roll to 2mm thickness or as desired
• Cut to desired shapes and lengths
• Bake for approximately 20 minutes

Amaranth Flour, Ground Flax, Quinoa Flour,
Xanthan Gum, Salt
Recipe
• 170g of gluten-free flour mix
• 5g of yeast
• 15g sugar
• 115g of warm water
• Combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. When
activated continue.
• Add yeast to the flour and mix thoroughly
• Let dough proof for 1 hour
• Add some additional flour for dusting and start
shaping dough
• Cut pitas
• Preheat oven to 500° F and bake for 7 minutes

Ingredients: Potato starch, Amaranth Flour,
Garbanzo Flour, Soybean Oil, Sugar, Sorghum
Flour, Quinoa Flour, Flax, Millet, Psyllium, Yeast,
Egg White Powder, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Vinegar
Recipe
• Add all the dry ingredients; 300g Gluten Free Grain Mix,
150g potato starch, 50g sugar, 13g yeast, 10g xanthan,
10g Vivapur, 10g egg white powder, and 8g salt, into mixing
bowl. Mix well to combine and remove any clumping.
• In a separate bowl, combine 450g water, 50g oil, and
7g vinegar. Whisk well.
• Pour the liquids into the dry ingredients and mix together
for 4 minutes on low or by hand. Scrape down as necessary.
• Shape the dough and place in the loaf pan.
• Proof for 60 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 400° F.
• Bake at 400° F for 50 minutes or until done.
