Dear Alumni Friends and Colleagues,
As mentioned to some of you at the end of 2014, the AEHL Stamm Thailand and alumni based on the
island of Phuket are delighted to invite you to a weekend getaway in May. We welcome all AEHL
Stamm members from across Asia to join us for a casual gathering over a weekend. Your partners
and / or spouses are more than welcome to join us as well.
Please plan on landing in Phuket on Friday the 8th of May by about 7pm. Departures can take place
from 5pm on Sunday the 10th. Special thanks go to our fellow ancien Khun Moo of the Indigo Pearl
who has generously offered subsidized rates for accommodation.
If you choose to stay at Indigo Pearl Phuket, kindly use the attached booking form to make
your reservation, room rates are valid for bookings up until 15 April and subject to availability.

** To simplify the process please RSVP your attendance for the weekend with us at
[email protected] for the Gala Dinner on Saturday the 9th, kindly RSVP directly with the team
at Taste Restaurant K. Jade - [email protected] before 15 April.
** While RSVP’s are centralized - payments will be made individually and directly with the different
venues for the accommodation, two dinners, brunch and optional activities.

A range of activities are on offer – and the day is at leisure.
We would like to arrange a boat excursion to Racha island for the day – this is on request and
depending on numbers it would cost approximately THB 3,000 nett per person.
Golf can also be arranged for those who wish.

TRANSPORTATION
Depending on numbers staying at Indigo Pearl Phuket and RSVP’s to the dinner, boat trip and
brunch we will arrange minivan transfers. Prices depend on the numbers of participants, closer to
the weekend we will contact those who have RSVP’d and advise on approximate costs.
