Guinness Stout, 6% ABV

The specific recipe of this world famous stout is a closely guarded secret. It is made from a
combination of water, barley, hops, and brewer’s yeast. Despite the myths, the water
doesn’t come from River Liffey. It is from Lady’s Well in the Wicklow Mountains and the
barley is, of course, Irish-grown. A portion of the barley is flaked and roasted to get its dark
ruby color and malty, caramel taste. It is then pasteurized and filtered.

Named in honor of their co-founder's bike trip through Europe, Fat Tire Amber Ale marks a
turning point in the young electrical engineer's home brewing. Belgian beers use a far
broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English
styles. Together with co-founder, Kim Jordan, they traveled around sampling their
homebrews to the public. Fat Tire won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt
flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness.

A delightful summer ale for easy sipping and a classic Belgian yard game for easy
enjoyment, Rolle Bolle is how we roll. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop, this beer pours a
brilliant blonde, with a fluffy, white head. Earthy and tropical tones carry the aroma and the
taste follows accordingly. Rolle Bolle’s hint of tartness is backed with the citrus bite of
Cascade and Centennial hops. Oats add some creaminess to the mouthfeel, and it finishes
dry and clean. Time to get in the yard, crack a bottle and start rolling.

SweetWater’s roots began back in Boulder, Colorado in the early ’90’s when Freddy Bensch
and Kevin McNerney were roommates at the University of Colorado. In the summer of 1996,
the Olympics brought Freddy to Atlanta. He found this town in need of a West Coast style
brewery and knew that he and Kevin were just the guys to turn the local brewing scene
on its ear with the hoppy, aggressive ales they’ve been brewing for years.
Brewed in Athens, Georgia, this is the Sweet Water Brewery’s most popular beer. 420 Extra
Pale Ale is a tasty West Coast Style Pale Ale with a good hop feel to it and a crisp finish. First
brewed on April 20th, 1997 this beer has developed quite the following in the Southeast.
