Short Duration for AH-I: Rs. 50,000will be charged as difference of Air fare and Madinah Hotel.
Terms & Conditions:
a) In Azizia/Khalidia etc. ladies will be separated from gents. No family irrespective of size will be given separate room in any package.
b) Transport Jed/Mak, Mak/Med, Med/Jed, Mak//Mina/Arafat/Muzdalifah/Mak will be provided by Muallim. Transport from Arafat to Muzdalifa is one bus (50 seater) on 100 Hujjaj as per Saudi Hajj
regulations. Busses are provided by Muallim and could be late for any reason. In such case company will not be held responsible for any delay
c) Travelling for Tawaf e Ziarah is Hajji’s own arrangement/responsibility.
d) Space in the tents in Mina is limited to 1.5x6 feet per person by the Saudi Government. Hujjaj should be mentally prepare themselves for such situation.
e) All movements by Muallim Busses. (In Mina & Arafat Car/GMC/Vans are not allowed by Saudi Government)
f) Allocation of rooms and tents should be strictly observed by all the Hujjaj. Changes could only made if mutually agreed by Hujjaj themselves.
g) Any change in return flight is Hajji’s own responsibility. Cost of Madinah Hotel will also be charged from Haji in such cases
h) Ziaraat in Makkah and Madinah are included in package. Transport to perform Umrah on arrival at Azizia/Khaldia etc will be provided by the company.
i) To look after the aged and sick Hujjaj is responsibility of their care takers who accompany them. However the company will provide guidance in all matters of concern.
j) Ladies Hujjaj must wear Abaya and Scarf whenever they go out of their hotel/building. Saudi Government is very strict in this regard and it is also moral responsibility of the ladies.
k) Ladies and aged people must always be given priority while boarding the busses specially when travelling from Arafat to Muzdalifa. This is also your moral obligation.
