NOTICE
WINTER END SEMESTER (REGULAR) EXAMINATION 2014-15
1. Winter End Semester (Regular) Examination 2014-15 for all Undergraduate & Postgraduate
programmes are scheduled as under:
16.04.2015 to 25.04.2015
All undergraduate & Postgraduate courses including II
Semester (B Tech Common)/BE/5-year Dual Degree/5-year
Integrated) & Prep. All final year B Tech/Dual/Integrated
courses
2. The candidate appearing in carry Over/Repeater papers will be required to submit prescribe
application form to the Examination Section forwarded through respective HODs/Course
Coordinators by 20.03.2015 for making necessary arrangement. Research Scholars, desirous
of appearing in the examination, may submit their application to the examination section as
per details below:
(i)
Examination fees for Carry Over/Repeater/Research Scholars: @ Rs. 500/- (Each
paper)
(ii)
Last date for submission of Examination form for Carry Over/Repeaters/Research
Scholars:
(a) Without late fee
up to 20.03.2015
(b) With late fee of Rs. 1000/- up to 24.03.2015
3. All HODs/Course Coordinators are requested to notify and send a copy of the list of failed
students in the Mid Semester Examination (WS 2014-15) (Semester VI, VIII, & X) to the
Examination Section by 20.03.2015. If no information is received by above dates, it will be
presumed that no student has failed in the Mid Semester Examination and accordingly, all
students will be permitted to appear in the End Semester WS Examination 2014-15.
4. Dean (SW) is requested to forward list of defaulter students (shortage of attendance) by
10.04.2015 to the Examination Section for making necessary entries in the attendance
sheets.

Examination rooms of ME&MME Building, New Petroleum Engg. Building before & during the
examination period.
Campus Engineer, ISM – to ensure uninterrupted electric & water supply in all examination venues.
Web Master/ISM website to arrange hoisting on the website.
All Notice Boards
