Since incorporation more than 33 years ago, we pledged ourselves to provide professional work in all of our services rendered to the Saudi
market, adopting a scientific approach and human expertise as the Group’s main tool for implementing the service and commercial
activities. Our ambition has always prompted us to reach the climax of entrepreneurship. Whenever we reached an achievement, our
ambition increases to achieve more. We were driven by creative ideas to finalize all aspects of projects’ implementation until we built
huge businesses that speak for themselves and unfold the volume of effort exerted with every professionalism, honesty and dedication.
With all of its specialized affiliates, Almajal Al Arabi has managed to emerge a leading entity in implementing major projects to the
most contemporary criteria in terms of the services and products whereby our projects are executed. Implementation processes are
performed by an elite group of most skillful Saudi ambitious youth who are armed with knowledge and experience, inspired by their
ambitions to continually promote the business of the Group companies, and its growth to maintain its prominence in the kingdom.

With the accession of Saudi Arabia to the World Trade Organization, the Saudi economy has entered a historical turning point
that coincided with many positive indicators and giant projects across the country. This has created an ideal local, foreign, and
common investment environment. In confirming the mandates of the current stage and the future requirements, the Supreme
Economic Council and the relevant authorities issued many legislations and opened the door for investment as part of a strategy
that will take the Saudi economy the next level. Almajal Al Arabi Holding Company was incorporated amidst these upbeat
