I WILL BE TAKING A GROUP TO STORM LAKE THIS YEAR. IF YOU WANT TO
RUN A RELAY THEN SIGN UP FOR THE STORM LAKE MEET ON APRIL 25TH.
IF YOU PLAN ON DOING ONLY INDIVIDUAL EVENTS THEN YOU MAY SIGN
UP FOR EITHER ONE.
I WILL BE HOLDING PRACTICE THE FOLLOWING DATES:

AT PRACTICE WE WILL GO OVER EACH EVENT AND WHAT TO EXPECT AT
THE MEET, DO SOME TRAINING – THAT INCLUDES PROPER WARM-UP,
STRETCHES AND BETTER RUNNING FORM AND RELAY HANDOFFS FOR
THOSE WHO WANT TO BE IN A RELAY.
IF YOU NEED HELP CHOOSING AN EVENT COME TO A PRACTICE AND WE
CAN HELP YOU OUT. YOU CAN FORM YOUR OWN RELAYS OR COME TO
PRACTICE AND WE CAN PUT YOU ON ONE.
