Tender for Aadhar data capturing
Sealed tenders are invited from companies/ individuals for operating Bio-metric
machines for aadhar data capturing. DITS, Ambala will provide Bio-metric machines &
printers. Other required hardware for enrolment kits & Sify certified trained manpower will
be provided by the tenderer. The work will be allotted on the basis of lowest quotations and
negotiation. The tenderer shall quote rent charges of hardware and for providing trained and
certified manpower for each successful aadhar data packet captured and uploaded in the
system.
Scope of work
1. To provide necessary hardware.
2. To provide Sify certified trained operators
3. To successfully upload the data in UIDAI Server.
4. Payment will be made for only successfully uploaded and accepted data (Non
Duplicate).
Term and conditions
1. Applicant should have experience of providing trained manpower for computerisation
operations preferably on bio metric data capturing.
2. In case of individual he/ she should be Sify certified and trained for Bio-metric
Aadhar data capturing.
3. Tender form can be obtained on the payment of Rs.500/- non-refundable from the
office of DITS, Ambala or same can be downloaded from the website ambala.gov.in.
The forms downloaded from internet shall be accompanied with DD of Rs. 500/(tender fee) non-refundable.
4. Each tender shall be accompanied by earnest money of Rs. 5000/- in the form of DD
in favour of DITS Ambala. Earnest money is refundable for unsuccessful applicants.
5. Successful tenderer shall have to deposit Rs.10000/- refundable security which shall
be returned without interest after the completion of work.
The last date of tender will be 3rd april 2015 by 1:00 PM . The tenders will be opened at 3:00
PM same day and negotiations if necessary shall be held on the same day in the office of
Sub-Divisional Officer (c) )-cum-Member Secy. DITS, Ambala, Mini Secretariat, Ambala
City.

The rates quoted above shall include the following.

The supervisor/verifier on the enrolment site.

The complete operations of the enrolment kit along with uploading of data packets
and other technical works to be carried out by an enrolment agency are to be handled
by the company/individual.
The duration of work shall be two month subject to extension in case the company/individual
fully agreed with the term & conditions of the tender.
