11th Annual Golf Tournament
Jonathan’s Landing Golf Course
We would like your support of the AMC Museum at Dover Air Force Base by being a Hole Sponsor for our
11th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser on 5 June 2015. ALL proceeds from this tournament will help to
fulfill the mission of the AMC Museum as an aviation and aerospace, education, scientific, cultural, historical,
and inspirational facility for the general public and the Air Force community. All proceeds go directly to the
restoration and maintenance of artifacts in the Museum helping our 170+ volunteers keep the Museum as the
NUMBER 1 FREE CULTURAL ATTRACTION IN THE STATE 0F DELAWARE for the past 5 years.
For those who choose to Sponsor a hole, a 24”x18” sign will be placed on the golf course tees or around greens
noting you as a Sponsor. Further recognition is given to Hole Sponsors and door prize donors in our handout
brochure at the buffet dinner after the round. Sponsors and door prize donors will be highlighted in our
Museum eNewsletter, which goes out on the internet to over two thousand people, on our Museum
FACEBOOK page and on our website www.amcmuseumorg . Additional recognition will be in our quarterly
Hangar Digest magazine following the tournament. Your LOGO can be put on the sign. Cost to Sponsor a
Hole is $100, or you can Sponsor a Foursome PLUS a hole for $500, or a Twosome PLUS a hole for $300.
So, as you can see, being a Hole Sponsor or donating a door prize not only helps the AMC Museum continue
its mission, but it provides you with considerable recognition and advertising and is tax-deductible within IRS
Regulations. The AMC Museum Foundation is a 501(c)3 Corporation, EIN 51-0355891. You may use this
letter as a record of your gift.
If you should decide to be a Hole Sponsor, please make your check payable to AMC MUSEUM
FOUNDATION and forward to AMC Museum Golf Tournament, AMC Museum, 1301 Heritage Road, Dover
AFB, DE 19902-5301. For donated door prize, please call Phil for pick up.

The AMC Museum Foundation
Registration from 10:30 to 12:00 noon. The 4-person scramble tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 12 noon.
Tournament prizes will be awarded at dinner. Join us for fun, food, and prizes! Entry fee includes greens fee/cart, dinner,
beverages/snacks, holes-in-one prizes, and other prizes.
