WEDDING PICTURES & SPECIAL EVENTS MISSION: Need a beautiful place to take your wedding pictures, prom, or engagement pictures? 2015 POLICIES The mission of the Amelia Park Garden is to welcome the public to enjoy the flowers and beauty in memorial of a wonderful woman, Amelia Ferst. NOT ALLOWED IN THE GARDEN: NO SKATEBOARDS NO PETS (Service pets the exception) NO BICYCLES NO WEDDING RECEPTIONS NO TENTS WEDDINGS: •Weddings are booked on a first come, first serve basis •$200 is due upon booking and gives you: -a wedding host -Two (2) hour window to hold ceremony @ 12noon or 2pm -YOU MUST PROVIDE any chairs - your time window allows for set-up, ceremony, photos, & breakdown of the event – ALL CHAIRS MUST BE REMOVED AT CONCLUSION OF CEREMONY -YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN MUSIC - there is electricity in the gazebo •a certificate of liability, naming Amelia Park Ice Arena as the insured, is required and must be received NO LATER than one month prior to wedding •In case of inclement weather, wedding can be held in arena lobby in front of granite fireplace •NO TENTS ALLOWED •Photos CANNOT be taken in the flower beds or fountain •All trash and decorations MUST BE REMOVED at the end of the event or placed in the barrels located throughout the garden •Any Cancellation of the wedding MUST be made within 30 days of event and $100 is refundable PHOTOGRAPHERS: We request the following: •$50.00/hour is due at booking OR $250.00 for UNLIMITED YEARLY PASS •Two (2) week notice minimum for photos to be taken •Photo sessions are booked in Two (2) hour window Sessions MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH THE ARENA ONLY •Number of attendees must be noted •NO TENTS ALLOWED •Photos cannot be taken in the flower beds or fountain •Electricity is provided in the gazebo Amelia Park Garden 21 South Broad Street Westfield, MA 01085 413-568-2503 www.ameliaparkice.org ask for Bonnie
