This year’s contest marks the 30th year Oklahoma has hosted an annual clinic and contest. We brought in two of the biggest names in the industry and in the last few decades; Jim Keith and Jim Poor to help make this a bigger than normal contest. The memorial aspect of the contest is a way for us to take a moment to remember all the farriers who have passed away and left their impact on all of us. Hopefully everyone can attend, even if you are unable to participate please at least come by and visit. I look forward to a weekend of education, fellowship and most of all fun. The Oklahoma contest has long been regarded as one of the better contests around so come on by and help us make this a successful, fun event.
