This conference is the result of the collaboration of several health professionals from around the
country who saw the need to have a venue to discuss the new Affordable Care Act and the
effects it will have on clinics and other healthcare provider agencies.
The conference is aimed at anyone who is engaged in or exploring the affordable healthcare
delivery system within a non-profit framework.
The aim of the conference is to connect stakeholders with each other. With an anticipated 75 to
100 healthcare professionals in attendance, this is a great opportunity for your
business/organization to reach a targeted audience of industry leaders! As a sponsor of the
conference, you will receive promotion through various organizations’ social media platforms,
including the website for the conference, with the potential of reaching out to tens of thousands
of users. We will also have onstage acknowledgements of sponsors and opportunities for onsite video messages along with sponsorship packages that allow your business/organization to
ensure each attendee receives your brochure or other promotional material.
Representatives from the UMMA Clinic and MiNDS Network in California, the Medina
Community Clinic in New Jersey, the American Muslim Health Professionals, a national
organization, IMANA, the IMAN Clinic, the Compassionate Care Network and Hamdard Center
in Chicago are all integral in planning for this conference.
