Mindfulness in Education Workshop
Students, educators, policymakers and parents are searching for
evidence-based educational approaches to improve academic
performance, reduce stress, promote emotion regulation, and
enhance the social skills children and adolescents need for success in
school and life. In this session, we will investigate existing
mindfulness-based interventions and explore how science,
contemplation and education can be integrated to nurture the
emotional development of a child and life.

Research supporting the applications of mindfulness towards mental
health, chronic pain, immunity and more has sparked upsurge in
mindfulness-based interventions within healthcare. This workshop will
explore evidence-based protocols, current research and methods for
professional delivery.

Sustainable high-performance, effective leadership, team
collaboration and strategic thinking are an essential need in today’s

leading corporate mindfulness programs, their applications and
methods for workplace deployment.
