2015 SPRING ROAD BAN NOTICE – 24 hours
Effective 10am Friday March 27th ANC is implementing a 24 hour road ban
on the Berland Resource Road (ANC ROAD) and all other ANC roads.
All vehicles over 1 ton are banned from using the road.
If travel is necessary each load will require a confirmation number from the website
Please refer to our website www.ancroad.com for road ban updates and
to submit mandatory move notifications.
If you must move during the ban… regular rules of the road still apply, plus the following:

Safety is number one! It is imperative that you slow down and follow all posted speed signs
Traffic is required to STOP at the security gate at 106km
*CHANGE* Travel is NOT restricted for vehicles 1 ton or under
Travel is NOT restricted for trucks hauling out produced fluids that need to be hauled to keep production
facilities operational ONLY. Notification of these loads (for each legal location being accessed) is still
required, via www.ancroad.com. Loads that are not approved via the website will be subject to the spring
ban fees (below). You will need to provide the gate with the confirmation number obtained from reporting
your loads via the website
*CHANGE* All vehicles over 1 ton will be required to provide the gate with the confirmation number
obtained from reporting your loads via the website. Ideally, notification via the website should occur 24
hours PRIOR to travelling on the road.
All vehicles over 1 ton are subject to the following rate schedule during the ban:

Road access will be restricted for all companies that do not have their Annual Maintenance Agreement Fees
paid by April 15/15
Please plan ahead to minimize your heavy loads in order to help maintain good road conditions during spring break-up,
and to reduce any potential fees to your company.

followed as well as distribute this notice, and all other communication from ANC,
to field facilities, contractors and subcontractors
