Weed Pulling Application Residents who wish to pull weeds on their waterfront may do so with ALMA’s permission. ALMA’s primary concern is that some weeds will actually be spread by pulling, particularly some invasives, and we wish to verify that the weed being pulled is not one that will be spread by pulling.
