Anglia’s Primary Teacher Skills in Action
course has been designed to improve
personal fluency in English and inspire
confidence in teachers.
With five exciting lessons built around
teaching hot-topics and activities, Primary School teachers of all levels will walk
away with new lesson plans, fun activity
ideas, and a broader English vocabulary
to use in the classroom.
Work at your own level
Paired with our popular Step To textbooks, teachers from Anglia levels PRELIMINARY-PROFICENCY (A1-C2) will work
with challenging, level-appropriate exercises customised to fit their English needs.
Don’t know your Anglia level? No problem! We will carry out an intake with an
Anglia Placement Test to determine
which Anglia level is the best fit for you.

What’s in the course?
Course participants will spend each lesson exercising their listening, reading,
writing, and speaking skills with feedback and guidance from a professional
Anglia instructor. Not only will participants work individually with Step To
textbooks that match their level, they
will also work together with their colleagues in our “English in Action”
course programme:
“It was very interesting! I learned a lot. My favourite part
was learning new games to play with my students.”
Warm Up: a personal exercise built to
open each lesson and expand vocabulary.
Debate & Discuss: a group challenge on
teaching topics designed to stir up
opinions and jumpstart speaking.
Activity Workshop: A session with three
activities for different ages that will spark
English in Action in your classroom.
