Please welcome our Care Coordiantor – Karen. very experienced
in her field, and very excited about working with Anytime Care
2020 and help set up supported living, a service we are working on,
to start in due course (watch this space). Responsible for booking
shifts, amongst other things. So it is her you will speak to during
the day to give/take shifts, staff availability and provide details of
when you can or cannot work, and training, amongst other things.
Our On call Care Coordiantor – Jyoti is available out of office hours but you will occasionally hear or see her
during the day. However I woud not suggest you ring her at 2 oclock in the morning if you are unable to do your
shift, you may not get the reception you want. The only number you need, day or night is 0208 507 7355. This
number must now be used at all times.
Recruitment/care admin asistance – Abby is responsible for all recruitment related admin work such as
interviewing, requesting and verifying references, documentation and supervsions.
Our new Marketing Representative – Ben is responsible for advertising and introducing our staffing services to
diffefrent Healthcare Organisations as well as following up on on existing clients.
Health and safety
A reminder that gloves and aprons are here for you to buy, do not ask your users to provide them.
It is up to all care staff to ensure that you carry these with you.
We introduce the new wage query form, this form is to be completed by anyone who has a query with their
wages, whatever the query may be. All staff are expected to follow this new proceedure for efficience. Also with
this occasion we introduce our new e-learning format for the introduction of the care certificate. The care
certificate is the new way of ensuring that all care staff has a recognized, formal training
Please be advised that for any of you who do not have evidence of
training to update your certificates, it is paramount you attend our
training otherwise you will not be given work until you have done so.
This is not negotiable and will be adhered to in all circumstances.
