All types of ANZ Credit Cards ("ANZ Credit Card") are eligible for this program except iPay, iTravel Card and Corporate Card. 3. In order to get the cash back in online transaction, cardholder have to spend at other category with requirement as below : Total retail transactions ( other than online transactions ) % of Cash Back from total online transactions Maximum amount Cash Back 5% 10% 20% IDR 100,000 IDR 250,000 IDR 500,000 >IDR 7,500,000 - IDR 15,000,000 >IDR 15,000,000 - IDR 20,000,000 >IDR 20,000,000 Note : Titanium Card will still get additional 5% Online Cash Back (part of Titanium’s main campaign). 4. Online transactions are all transactions that made via online channel that accept credit card payment. 5. Retail transactions are all transactions that made by primary card and supplementary card. 6. Retail transaction excluding Cash advance, Cash transfer, Bill payment, ANZ Installment / ANZ teleshopping, Annual fee, Late charges, and others fee. 7. a. Total retail spending per month will exclude recuring installments; however it will include initial retail transactions before it is being converted to installment. b. If there is a crediting transaction in current month program, that transaction will reduce the total retail transaction in that month. 8. Program period starts from 15 April 2015 until 31 July 2015. ANZ will only credit the Cash Back to entitled primary Credit Card holders that have met minimum accumulation on retail spending ( stated on point no 3 ) and provided they have followed the cash back claim period as stated in the above schedule ( on point no 8 ) and send claim SMS to 99333 with the following format : ANZ<space>CASHBACK#<date of birth ddmmyy>#<last 4 digit of the card> Example : ANZ CASHBACK#250281#1234 Cardholders will receive SMS confirmation whether claim has been successful. 10. Each SMS sent by ANZ cardholders to claim the Cash Back, will cost IDR 550 (including taxes) which will be automatically deducted from cardholders phone credit balance. 11. ANZ Credit Cards must remains active, not closed or permanent blocked in order to receive the Cash Back. 12. Decision made by ANZ is final and uncontestable.
