Offers on website and eBulletin ads do not include production, design, or alterations. Online directory listing upgrade includes:   Appearance of a star ( ) and the word “Featured” on online directory listing when it is returned in search results. Placement of ad, with link to URL of advertiser’s choice, in the “About Us” section of advertiser’s online directory listing. (It is the responsibility of the advertiser to provide digital-ready artwork, 72 dpi, 300px x 300px) 5. Advertisers (mini to premium) will be contacted closer to September 2015 mailing date about inserting a flyer in the mailing and will be given right of first refusal to participate. Flyer space is limited and will be available for purchase on a first come, first served basis. 6. 20% off coupon will be sent electronically to advertisers (1/3 page to premium) at end of directory ad sales period. Coupon is for use in 2016 and applies to any one advertising opportunity except the 2016/17 print business directory. Redemption of the coupon is the responsibility of the advertiser. Advertisements | 2015/16 Print Business Directory: 1. Artwork Requirements: All artwork to be provided print-ready and as a high resolution (minimum 300 dpi ad size) tiff, .jpg, .eps, .psd, .ai, .qxd, or press-ready .pdf file. Print-ready artwork constitutes an ad that is final and sized exactly to the requirements indicated on page one. 2. Payment Policy: It is the policy of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade that all advertisement invoices are to be paid in full prior to the distribution or printing of any advertising materials.
