The under mentioned staff of APREI Society are hereby appointed as Route
Officers to deliver confidential material pertaining to conduct of APRJC-RDC CET
2015 to the District Head Quarters as noted against their names. They have to
handover the confidential material to the concerned District Coordinator with proper
acknowledgement and to bring back the post examination material after completion
of examination:-

-:2:The Principals concerned are directed to relieve the staff appointed as
Route Officers with instructions to report to Society Office on 04.05.2015 at
8.00 A.M..The above staff members are requested to report to the Convenor,
APRJC-DC CET, APREI Society for necessary instructions to proceed to the
District Head Quarters to hand over the material to the District Coordinator
and obtain proper acknowledgement. They are requested to come prepared
for journey to move from Hyderabad with the confidential material in the
vehicles provided by the Society to the places allotted to them and to return
with examination material after completion of examination.
The guidelines and instructions to the Route Officers is herewith
annexed to the proceedings. No request for exemption from the above duty
shall be entertained and failure to comply with the orders shall be viewed
seriously.
Receipt of these Proceedings should be acknowledged.
