 WEEKLY PRIZE PROMOTION: TERMS & CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Promoter: Princes Limited, Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1NX. 1.
The Promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Promotion not open to ROI residents. 2.
One entry per person per themed period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to deem as invalid any entries: (a) from third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer; (b) which are incomplete, corrupted, altered or fraudulent, or (c) which do not accord in all respects with these terms and conditions. 3.

The Promotion shall commence on 01/04/15 and is split into 12 themed periods as follows: Period 1: Running 01 April to 03 May 2015, Period 2: Forest Holidays 04 May to 10 May, Football 11 May to 07 June 2015, Period 3: Great Outdoors 08 June to 05 July Forest Holidays 06 July to 12 July 2015, Period 4: Tennis 13 July to 02 August 2015, Period 5: Cycling 03 August to 30 August, Period 6: Great Outdoors/Forest Holidays 31 August to 04 October 2015, Period 7: Football 05 October to 01 November 2015, Period 8: Forest Holidays 02 November to 08 November Days Out/Rugby World Cup 09 November to 06 December 2015, Period 9: Indoor Games 07 December to 27 December 2015, Period 10: Winter Warmers/Forest Holidays 28 December 2015 to 31 January 2016, Period 11: Winter Sports 01 February to 28 February 2016, Period 12: Great Outdoors/Forest Holidays 29 February to 31 March 2016, There will be 1 prize draw each week throughout each of the themed periods. 5.
Entry will qualify entrants for all remaining weekly prize draws during the themed period of entry. All qualifying entrants will have a chance to win 1 themed prize each week for the remainder of the themed period of entry. 6.
The Closing date for entry for each weekly prize draw is midnight in the Sunday of that week; ending 31/03/16. Entry can only be made via the website and all entrants will have an equal chance of winning. 7.
Visit www.aqua-­‐pura.com/win, enter your unique bottle code and complete an entry form. Valid entrants will be automatically entered into the remaining weekly prize draws for that themed period. To qualify for prize draws in future themed periods repeat entry is necessary. Only one entry per person, per themed period, may be submitted. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. 8.
Northern Ireland residents only: For no purchase necessary option forward your name, address and contact telephone number to Aqua Pura Promotion, 71 Woodfield Road, Altrincham, Cheshire. WA14 4ET. Only one entry per stamped envelope and only one entry per person per themed period may be submitted. Entries will have an equal chance of winning. We cannot accept third party, non-­‐NI or syndicated entries via the no purchase necessary route. 9.
The prize draw for each week will take place within 7 days of the closing date of that weekly prize draw and will be overseen by an independent person. 1 winner per week will be drawn at random and will be contacted via the email address they submitted via the entry form. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners but in the event that they cannot be contacted within 21 days a replacement winner will be drawn. 10. 52 prizes available to be won. 11. For each winner, of each themed promotional period, we will buy the themed product that we have proposed. If the winner requests gift vouchers as an alternative prize, we will purchase gift vouchers from www.highstreetvouchers.com/giftvouchers. All prizes are posted out to the winner’s postal address provided. 12. For each winner of the Forest Holidays, we will provide up to the value of a maximum of £1, 500 of Forest Holidays gift vouchers. 1 winner will be drawn at random for each themed period where the Forest Holidays is specified as the prize ie. Period 2: Forest Holidays 04 May to 10 May Football 11 May to 07 June 2015, Period 3: Great Outdoors 08 June to 05 July Forest Holidays 06 July to 12 July 2015, Period 6: Great Outdoors/Forest Holidays 31 August to 04 October 2015, Period 8: Forest Holidays 02 November to 08 November Days Out/Rugby World Cup 09 November to 06 December 2015, Period 10: Winter Warmers/Forest Holidays 28 December 2015 to 31 January 2016, Period 12: Great Outdoors/Forest Holidays 29 February to 31 March 2016 13. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternatives of equal or greater value. Prize is non-­‐transferable. 14. Only valid bottle codes will be accepted. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please return to the Promoter at Princes Limited, Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1NX. Please include your name, email and full address details and a replacement code will be sent to you. 15. Those who try and circumvent the code entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. 16. The full name and county of residence of the winners will be displayed at www.aqua-­‐
pura.com/weekly-­‐prizes for a period of 3 months and winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity arising from this Promotion. 17. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. 18. Personal information will be retained purely to enable the management of the promotion and will not be used for any other purpose without permission. 19. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize. 20. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
