Refund policy:
On or before 22nd October, 2015
: 10% of registration fee will be forfeited
From 23 October 2015 to 22nd January, 2016 : 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited
After 22nd January, 2016
: 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited
If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Reinstating of
registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to release the rooms without further notice if no credit card details are
