Rules for participation in the Guinness record
breaking of Alfa Romeo.
Event Organizer:

number 25.

-7:30-10:00- cars arrive at the place of meeting and registration of participants

Conditions of participation:
1. Condition of participation is:
-Driving a car (regardless of their legal form) Alfa Romeo car and driving license. A. All cars must
be approved for road traffic in accordance with the Highway Code. They need to be technically
efficient, possess a valid and current overview of Polica OC. The driver must be sober.

receive the starting number. The registration point you have to specify the name of the driver,
the vehicle model, registration number, e-mail address and subscribe to receive the starting
number and acceptance RULES OF PARTICIPATION in the record breaking GUINEEESSA ALFA
ROMEO.
General information
1. Each participant of event before entering on parking in Shoopin center Europa Centrala must
put in the back of front windshield white sheet of A4 format. The marking is necessary to
identify the line of duty protecting and vehicle parking and referral to the appropriate
parking sector. Vehicles do not have the white paper behind the windscreen will be directed
to the parking lot for guests.
2. Participants are obliged to strictly comply with the regulations, the general safety rules and
guidelines of the organizer, security guards and Police.

- Pick up start number sticker at the indicated registration
- Put the starting numbers on the car in the designated places,
- During the record attempt to adjust the speed to the speed of other vehicles max. 40km / h,
drive a compact column. It is forbidden to perform risky maneuvers and overtaking. Drivers
are prohibited from taking pictures or filming during the journey.
- If your car breaks down during the journey should pull over and allow other participants in
the bypass. The column does not stop.
3. Starting number will be assigned according to the order of application of the registration
points in the parking lot. Cars will be allowed into the parking lot until you fill all sectors.
4. Event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
5. Participants taking part in the event at the same time express consent to the processing of
their personal data for the purposes of internal organizer and the use of their image in
information and advertising materials.
6. Organizer does not insure participants accident. Each participant takes part in the event at
their own risk.
7. The organizer has the right to exclude from participation persons / vehicles violating the
rules or not adhering to the recommendations.
8. During the trial all four important messages and comments will be transmitted on channel
30CB (radio must be turned on only to listen).
9. Each participant has the right to represent your club and your club colors (flags, banners).
The materials can be placed on their own cars. Ban hoisting of flags and banners in the
parking lot.
Definition of the Guinness Record
1. The record includes the longest parade of cars Alfa Romeo, and is measured by the number
of cars participating in the parade.
2. Car Alfa Romeo is defined as each car produced in the past and now of the brand Alfa
Romeo.
3. The parade route must pass 3.5km from start to finish.
4. The whole column of cars must be in motion, and the distance between the cars should be
approx. 2 car lengths.
5. All vehicles must cross the finish line after crossing the entire route of the parade. If there
any car gets to the finish line, it can not be added to the record.
Responsibility and safety of the event organizer
1. The organizer does not insure the participants of accident. Each participant takes part in the
event at their own risk.
2. Each participant of the event are solely responsible for your own safety and can not count on
the help of the Organizer in case of failure of the car.
Issues not included in these regulations
The final say in all matters relating to problematic Guinness record attempt is a common position of
coordinator beating the Guinness Record.
Modification of the Rules of Procedure
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules within the April 30, 2015.

Alfa Romeo
1. Formation of the column will take place on the street. Graniczna, Przyszłowice. While crossing
street procession Bojkowska street in Gliwice.
2. For those with a GPS device, the coordinates of where it will take place during the formation of the

3. The hours of departure from the car park will be held between 11:30 - 13:30 (in line of starting
numbers).
4. Points Registration of participants will be open from 7:30 - 10:00 (see details in the Regulation).
5. Cars will be released at a place created column every few minutes in the amount of 10 cars on the
street Graniczna in Przyszowice.
6. The speed of travel of the column is the max 40km / h!
7. Getting to the destination (Graniczna street) is to take place (absolutely!) In accordance with the
rules of the road - EACH PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF.
8. SECURITY: His and others - is the basis of the whole trip!
9. During the move around the parking in Gliwice, as well as during the record-breaking - slowly,
carefully and safely.
10. During the event, please adjust the instructions and recommendations issued by the organizers,
security forces and police.
11. DOCUMENTS - B category driving license, registration certificate (with a valid study techn.) And
insurance OC (important)
12. WHITE PAPER CARD A4 - as a "pass" to enter the parking lot (behind the windshield)
13. MANDATORY EQUIPMENT VEHICLE - fire extinguisher, triangle, first aid kit, reflective vest (as
many people are in the vehicle), or tow rope.
14. BEFORE DEPARTURE PLEASE CHECK THE CONDITION OF A VEHICLE - spare wheel (or the repair
kit), tire pressure levels - oil, washer fluid, check oil.
15. PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS - Telephone (with numbers to at least a few people taking part in
the event, an emergency call your insurer), CB and GPS (if possible).
16. MONEY - for the passage of the toll section of the highway (20 zł/ 5 Euro one way), fuel, food,
drink and personal purchases.
17. EQUIPMENT PHOTO / VIDEO - categorically NOT MAKE by driver / film making while driving
(passenger only), as well as do not make risky maneuvers to take a picture / shoot a movie, (please
do not forget spare batteries / accumulators, chargers, memory cards, etc.)
18. CHILDREN AND ANIMALS - if you take it with you, do not leave never and nowhere alone and
unattended !!!
19. VALUABLE THINGS - remember that in Gliwice will be crowds of people so we ensure your
valuables and do not leave them unattended.
20. POINT REGISTRATION - after parking in Gliwice please immediately go to point and register your
car.

PATIENCE - during entry / exit from parking will be a big traffic so please without nerves. Easily cause
