Everyone will login using the username: panelsummary and password panelsummary. Each panel will have six
documents to upload (one for each of the proposals). Please label each panel summary document so they are
easy to understand. The naming protocol is: panel[your panel #]proposal[proposal #]. e.g. panel4proposal2.
Overnight, each participant revises their own CAREER proposal project summary. Project summaries from
participants in your panel will be uploaded to the corresponding FTP account at the same FTP site
nsfdocs.imse.ksu.edu:8080. All panelists in your panel use the same project summary username and password
to access the ftp site. Make sure that each panelist gives their project summary a unique name so that they don’t
overwrite each other’s submission. Please work out a naming protocol to use with your group. One convenient
protocol is to use email addresses.

Dietary Restrictions

Shuttle Bus Information
Transportation between the two workshop hotels (Midtown Hotel, Inn at Longwood) and the workshop venues
will be provided as follows:
Sunday 4/26:
5-9pm: 2 mini coaches running between Northeastern visitors' center (#27 on map below) and hotels
Monday 4/27:
7:15am: 2 buses from (1) Midtown and 1 bus from (2) Inn at Longwood to Northeastern
7pm: 1 bus from Northeastern to (1) Midtown and 1 bus from Northeastern to (2) Inn at Longwood
Tuesday 4/28:
