KIDS FISHING FESTIVAL RULES No fishing licenses required for adults while participating in the event (7:00 am to 1:00 pm). Participants are encouraged to bring their own fishing equipment since loaned equipment will be limited. Extra fish stocking prior to the event by Az Game & Fish. All participants must register and have a signed consent form by a parent or guardian. Each participant is encouraged to view the educational booths the day of the festival. Participants may either keep or release their fish. If the participant chooses to keep his/her fish, a cooler of container must be provided to transport their fish home. Limit of (2) fish per kid in designated festival areas. Parents are strongly encouraged to assist their kids while fishing. WHITE MOUNTAIN BAIT &TACKLE
