Armour College, a career public safety college, offers training in more than 70 disciplines with a catalogue of over
250 courses , encompassing all areas of public safety including law enforcement, private security, legal and
medical fields, the fire service, emergency medical and rescue services, investigations and chaplaincy.
With brick and mortar campuses, on-line classes and skill based, on-site cognitive and proficiency training,
Armour College offers a unique blend of options.
Unlike many colleges and universities who offer degrees that may take years to complete, our goal is to train,
certify and prepare students to get back into the workforce and qualify for new positions, and do it in a shorter
amount of time .
We also focus on providing regulatory and statutory in-service training and continuing education courses for
those who need annual or semi-annual certifications to maintain licensure and credentials.

Armour College is expanding and now offers standard franchising in some states and countries.
As a franchisee, you will benefit from our strong and unique public safety school brand and our
experienced and committed management team.
With our front end management services, unique blend of curriculum and back office support, you’ll
be posed for success while making a profound difference in your community and in the life of your

INDEPENDENT OWNER-OPERATOR
The Independent Owner-Operator Program allows for a business to operate a smaller, condensed and target
rich version of Armour College while benefiting from all of our front end management and support services,
marketing, training and back office support.
We provide all of the curriculum, products, training and business support.
Additionally, the I/O is also able to derive additional streams of income through enrolling students in the
Armour on-line courses or selling training products and services offered by Armour College.
This program works well with established security training academies and career schools and allows more
flexibility than a standard franchise.
The initial fee is $3500 with an annual fee of $1500.
There is also a monthly revenue share of 10% based on gross revenues.
CAMPUS PARTNERSHIPS
Circumstances and financial situations sometimes can limit enthusiasm and opportunity for individuals who
otherwise would make a great Armour College campus operator and instructor.
With our new Campus Partnerships, we will help those who otherwise would qualify for a Franchise to realize
their goal and obtain their objective through a joint partnership.
Each partnership will be structured to fit the mutual benefits of Armour College and the applicant while working
toward full ownership of an Armour College campus.
We can also structure Strategic Training Partnerships with established schools and training academies to offer
curriculum and support services to your course menu, joint training, selected Armour College courses and
classes and regional seminars.
Armour College can also partner to research, write and design curriculum, for current schools.
REGIONAL GENERAL INSTRUCTORS

Regional General Instructors are offered opportunities to work in conjunction with Armour College or as an
independent instructor in the area of their expertise and at their training level.
RGI’s may be assigned to a variety of clients, schools or business locations for 1-5 days and unless otherwise
specified will work within a geographical area. However, any RGI may be offered assignments nationally if the
instructor is available to travel.
RGI’s are independent contractors and work on as needed basis.
Our instructors also receive compensation for assisting in securing a training, consulting or management
contract.
Regional General Instructors complete three core training programs on-line and a skill based day of on-site
training prior to assignment.
Also, all RGI’s are required to submit to a complete background check, and drug screen and must not have any
felony record.
