FY15 Staff Performance Assessment Process and Timeline
Supervisors must meet with each employee to complete the employee’s annual performance assessment. These
meetings should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Also, at least two weeks prior to the meeting,
supervisors must give each employee a copy of the employee’s FY15 documented performance goals, job
profile, and a self-assessment and FY16 goals form to complete.
In preparation for the performance assessment meeting, the supervisor should consider and assess the
employee’s performance against the employee’s documented performance goals and job profile, considering
the employee’s completed self-assessment and any file notes or other records the supervisor has maintained
documenting the employee’s performance throughout the year.
