time the air falls within 10 degrees.

either faulty materials or workmanship in manufacturing become apparent within the
period of 60 months from the date of original purchase of the product such a defect
will be rectified without cost to you, for either labour or materials when used under
normal use & care in the opinion of Aspen NZ Ltd, in residential applications.

Model VS Series
The term “Residential Applications” includes houses, units, flats, but does not include
any transportable dwelling, commercial premises, hotels or motels.
Commercial applications attract a 36 month warranty.
Condition of warranty period: All Aspen units require “annual maintenance and filter
changes”, these services must be completed by authorised Aspen service person.
Aspen units carry an onsite warranty within 30 km of a metropolitan area, outside these
areas an “additional charge may apply”
Warranty is subject to:
• The Aspen unit installed according to our installation instructions
• The Aspen unit must be in a serviceable area
• The warranty is applicable for the original installation only
• Purchaser must keep receipt as proof of purchase in order to make warranty claim
The foregoing warranty does not apply:
* Please note your Aspen ventilator is not a heating or cooling system it can only draw cool
or warm air where available.

• If the Aspen unit is moved repositioned or altered in any shape or form from its
original position
• If the Aspen unit has been subject to misuse, modifications, vandalism, power

this means the ventilator will automatically adjust fan speed where necessary.

Please note your Aspen ventilator is preset, which means it will automatically
work the way it is supposed to, for instance if you set the temperature to
21 degrees inside the house, the Aspen will automatically try and locate
the closest air source/supply to that temperature (outside or inside).
