Location: South Court Street, turn south off Hwy 13 on Hwy 37 (Court) and the properties are located in the
400, 600 and 800 blocks on Court, just past Casey’s. Signs posted.
Property 1: 603 So. Court, lots 1&2 in Block 8 and lot 1 in block 7. There is a large metal building
(approx.16,500sq.ft.)onlots1&2.Thereisalargeoficeareainthefrontwithrestroomsandinishedoficesupstairs.
The remaining building is open for multiple uses. Concrete loor throughout. Storage areas and the building has
16’ side walls with large doors, wood frame, metal sides and roof. The lot size appears to be approx.
85’x215’ and the building looks to be about 85’x195’ +/-. The lot just south is for parking and is 85’x110’
and all concrete goes with this building.
Property 2: 605 So. Court. Lot 2 in Block 7. The smallest of the ive buildings, it is a wood frame, metal sides
and asphalt roof on concrete loor. It sets between 1 and 3.
Property 3: 703 So. Court. Lots 1&2 Block 15. This building is approx... 85’ x 100’ on a lot that is 85’ x 215’ with
